    1. Customer Service Officer (Full-Time, Onsite – Rozelle Campus)

Sydney Community College is looking for a full-time Customer Service Officer to join our team. This role is fully onsite at our Rozelle campus, with occasional travel to outreach training rooms across Sydney. You will typically work on a rotating roster with a colleague between 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM.

      1. About the Role

As the first point of contact for our students, you will:

  • Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
  • Handle enrolments, queries, and payments with accuracy.
  • Assist students with technical support related to course access and registrations.
  • Problem-solve and find solutions to customer concerns.
  • Support the administration team with student-related tasks.
  • Maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for all learners.
