JOHN said: Chris brings a 'dead language' alive for all those who participate in his course with friendly encouragement, stimulating content and a deep understanding of the history behind the times covered in the course. Even if you've never considered Latin before, Chris's enthusiasm for his subject will make you want to find out much more about both the language and the times when the Roman Empire ruled much of the then-known world.

Lesley said: Excellent course, thoroughly enjoyed it and learnt a lot, I am hoping that the college will put on a stage 3 course so that I can continue my studies. The tutor was excellent, always encouraging and helpful. The extra insights into the lives of the Romans were fascinating, and brought the language study to life.
