  •  Safety briefing: ventilation, PPE, and fire precautions
  • Overview of soldering: temperature, materials, uses
  • Introduction to tools: soldering iron, flux, solder types

Module 2: Soldering for Electronics & Repairs

  • Preparing surfaces and components (cleaning, tinning, flux)
  • Hands-on: soldering wires and joining small components
  • Learn to solder a basic circuit board: resistors, LEDs, connectors
  • Common mistakes in PCB soldering and how to fix them

Module 3: Finishing & Functional Projects

  • Desoldering techniques and fixing poor joints
  • Cleaning and inspecting work (continuity testing, visual inspection)

All essential materials and tools are provided for this course, including copper and brass stock, solder, flux, circuit boards, and wire. You'll also have access to soldering irons, hand tools, torches, and safety gear to ensure a safe and practical learning experience.
