Course Cancellations Policy

Our courses require a minimum number of students to proceed. We do our best to give you as much notice as possible if a course is not going ahead, but it's important to know what to expect and what to check before your course starts.


How We'll Keep You Informed

Course Confirmation

Before your class starts, we will send you an email session reminder confirming your course is going ahead. This email will also include a Zoom link if your session is held online, or links to any relevant course notes where applicable.

Course Cancellation Notice

If a course is to be cancelled due to insufficient enrolments, we will notify you by both email and SMS. We aim to give you as much notice as possible, though this may be as close as two days before the scheduled start date.

Your Responsibility to Confirm

If you have not received a confirmation email or SMS by two days before your course start date, please contact the College directly to confirm the course is going ahead. At all times it remains the student's responsibility to check the course starting date, time and venue.


Refunds for Cancelled Courses

Full refund guaranteed If the College cancels a course due to low enrolments, you will receive a full refund of your course fee. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed and for your financial institution to transfer the funds back to you.
