Enrolment Credit Policy
Should a credit be approved as a result of withdrawal from your enrolment, the following terms apply.
- Your credit may be used against a new enrolment in another Sydney Community College course.
- Materials and consumables purchased as part of an enrolment fee cannot be refunded, and your enrolment credit will be accordingly adjusted.
- No refunds on credits are available.
- All credits expire 12 months after the date of issue.
- An enrolment credit may be used to purchase a gift voucher for future use.
- Applications for an enrolment credit will only be received in writing by way of email to Customer Service.
- A processing fee is applied at checkout for all course enrolments made via the website. If you wish to use your credit without incurring this processing fee, please contact Customer Service to arrange your enrolment. Enrolments processed by the Customer Service team using an approved credit will not incur the processing fee.
