Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
Sydney Community College gift vouchers make a wonderful present for anyone who wants to learn something new. Please read the following terms and conditions before purchasing or redeeming a gift voucher.
Terms and Conditions
Validity
Gift vouchers may be redeemed at their face value within three years of purchase. Vouchers expire three years after they are purchased, and an email notification of pending expiry is sent to the purchaser before the expiry date.
Renewing an Expiring Voucher
An expiring gift voucher may be used to purchase a new gift voucher of the same value, so you never have to lose what you've paid for.
Transfers
Gift vouchers may be transferred to another person.
Unused Balance
Any unused amount from a gift voucher may be held as credit in the holder's account and applied to a future course enrolment.
Cash Redemption
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
Processing Fees
No processing fee applies at the time of purchasing a gift voucher. A processing fee will be applied when the voucher is redeemed against a course enrolment, whether the enrolment is completed via the website or through Customer Service.
