- A gift voucher may be redeemed at its face value within three years of purchase.
- Gift vouchers expire 3 years after they are purchased. An email notification of pending expiry is sent to the purchaser before the expiry date.
- An expiring gift voucher may be used to purchase a new gift voucher of the same value.
- Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Gift vouchers may be transferred to another person.
- Unused amounts from gift vouchers may be used as credit in a holder’s account.
- No processing fee applies at the time of purchasing a gift voucher. A processing fee will be applied when the voucher is redeemed against a course enrolment, whether the enrolment is completed via the website or through Customer Service.
