She spent several years living in Germany, immersing herself in the language and local culture, and has taught English and German to students from all walks of life. Her teaching style is friendly and engaging, with a focus on communication, cultural insight, and building confidence.

Marie is passionate about sharing “the language of poets and thinkers” and enjoys drawing on real-life examples, humour, and fun comparisons between German and Australian life to bring her lessons to life.
