David Middleton
David Middleton is an experienced fitness trainer with a strong focus on group training, motivation and functional movement. He has spent many years helping adults of all ages improve their fitness, confidence and overall wellbeing through structured, supportive exercise programs.
David is particularly skilled at working with seniors, creating sessions that are engaging, safe and accessible while still delivering real fitness benefits. His classes emphasise cardiovascular health, strength, balance and coordination, and are designed to meet participants where they are, encouraging steady progress at a comfortable pace.
