Saba Ghorbanimanesh

Saba Ghorbanimanesh

Saba was born in Tehran, Iran. She studied urban design and furthered her education as a landscape architect at Newcastle University in the United Kingdom.

Saba's art journey began when she was captivated by the fluidity and ethereal beauty of watercolour after visiting an exhibition of watercolour artworks in her home country. Under the mentorship of well-known artists, Saba delved deep into the world of watercolour. This period of artistic exploration laid the foundation for her future mastery of watercolour.

When Saba started university, she used watercolour in all her sketches, which led to the recognition she gained among university professors. Saba has held watercolour workshops in different cities in Iran, England, and Sydney. She has also exhibited her artworks in different countries such as Russia, Turkey, and Iran to inspire spectators to explore the fluidity and ethereal beauty of watercolour.

Watercolour is a passion of Saba's, as each painting tells a story of the places she has been fortunate to explore. Saba tries to depict the emotions she has felt and bring that connection into the world around her as an artist, urban designer, and landscape architect. Her art is a reflection of the seasons, the landscapes, and the beauty that exists everywhere, either in a landscape or a bunch of flowers.
