Fiona Baxter
Fiona is an experienced cooking instructor with a strong background in professional kitchens, food styling, and hospitality. Trained in classical cookery at La Varenne École De Cuisine in Paris, she has worked in renowned restaurants, cafés, and operated her own wholesale cake business.
Her work has included production cooking and food styling for television, and since 2008 she has been part of the team at Sydney Seafood School.
Fiona brings a warm, hands-on approach to her classes, sharing her expertise in a relaxed and engaging way. She loves helping students gain confidence in the kitchen while enjoying the process of learning and creating together.
