Louise Mcdonald

With more than 20 years’ experience as a professional singer and over 25 years as a dedicated singing teacher, Louise brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to every student she works with.

Musical theatre has been a major pillar of Louise’s career. She has performed over six lead roles, worked as a Director and Producer, and served as a Performance Workshop Coordinator and Tutor.

Louise has appeared on major stages, performed professionally across a wide range of genres, and worked extensively as lead vocalist for corporate events and concerts. A career highlight was securing a TV residency as the lead singer for the house band on a television talkback show.

An impressive 95% of Louise’s students have gone on to secure lead roles in musical theatre—a testament to the expertise, communication skills, and effective techniques she brings to her teaching. She equips her students with the tools they need to approach auditions with confidence and ease, helping to make the entire experience enjoyable and successful.

Louise looks forward to continuing to support and inspire many more students as a Musical Theatre Coach and Mentor, offering guidance in a fun, uplifting, and informative environment.
