Amanda Simpson

Amanda Simpson (Mandy) is an experienced florist, floral designer and workshop facilitator with more than 15 years of experience in the floristry industry. Her love of flowers first began while living in Northern Ireland and has since developed into a career in floral design and teaching in Sydney.

She is the owner and florist behind Dandelion Bespoke Floral Boutique, a retail and events floristry business based in Kogarah. Through her work, Mandy creates bespoke floral designs for a range of occasions and regularly teaches hands-on floristry workshops for beginners and flower enthusiasts.

Mandy enjoys sharing her knowledge of flowers, floral care and design in a relaxed and supportive learning environment. Her teaching combines practical demonstrations with plenty of hands-on guidance, helping students understand the techniques behind floral arranging while developing the confidence to create their own designs.

With her extensive industry experience and genuine enthusiasm for flowers, Mandy brings a practical and approachable style to her classes, encouraging students to experiment, ask questions and enjoy the creative process.
