Gabiann Marin

Gabiann Marin

Gabiann is a highly experienced script- and story-writing consultant and lecturer. She has completed a Bachelor in Professional Writing at UC, an Honours in Film and Television Production at Macquarie Uni and a Masters in Writing at UTS. 

Besides working as a tutor at SCC, she teaches screen arts and business at AFTRS (masters program), and likewise for the graduate program at JMC Academy. Gabiann has numerous broadcast credits in Australian television and film, having worked in this domain as a writer, story developer and script editor. She is currently lecturing at the AFTRS.

Known for her hands-on, practical, thought-provoking, conversational and informative teaching style, Gabiann is the tutor every aspiring writer looks for. Her classes aren't for people who just want to sit back and follow the manual!

Gabiann says she enjoys inspiring people to create great stories and helping writers reach their full potential.
