Toni Payne

Toni Payne

Toni is a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and she has developed a number of NLP-based workshops, from topics on self-esteem, stress management and relaxation, to weight loss and communication skills.

Toni is a versatile teacher who has extensive experience across a number of different settings and countries. She has worked as an English teacher in Japan and New Zealand and has been teaching yoga for 8 years, further honing her skills as an adult educator in various training roles with Carers NSW. For the past five years, Toni has been teaching NLP-based workshops at community colleges in Sydney.

Toni's informal classes encourage interactive, experiential, practical and fun engagement in a supportive 'safe' space to explore issues. Toni believes she was born to do NLP and help people because it comes so naturally to her.
