Elyssebeth said: This was an excellent class. I was welcomed warmly, the venue was fine, an updated stove would be welcome, but the process made everything easy to follow. The chef was well prepared and managed the large group effortlessly. We had a lot of fun, and I feel very confident that I will be able to use the information to make my own cooking more interesting.
