Along the way, Bhavna will share stories, cultural insights, and practical kitchen tips to help you confidently recreate the recipes at home.

Everything is made from scratch, including fragrant masala chai, flavour-packed chutneys, crispy stuffed puris, and classic street food favourites that are enjoyed throughout India.

Whether you're an enthusiastic home cook, an Indian food lover, or simply looking for a unique culinary experience, you'll leave with new skills, authentic recipes, and a deeper appreciation for one of the world's most exciting food cultures.

Menu

During this Authentic Indian Street Food Workshop, you'll prepare:

  • Masala Chai – traditional Indian spiced tea made from scratch
  • Dahl Puri – crisp stuffed puris filled with seasoned lentils
  • Vada Pav – Mumbai's famous potato dumpling slider
  • Chole – classic North Indian chickpea curry
  • Mango or Strawberry Lassi – refreshing yoghurt-based drink
  • Two traditional chutneys that complement a wide range of Indian dishes
