What you'll learn
Start your meditation journey with our wellbeing short courses in Sydney!
In a world that rarely slows down, meditation offers a simple way to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Calm Mind is a gentle and welcoming beginners course designed to help you cultivate greater calm, clarity, and balance in everyday life.
Across a series of guided sessions, you’ll explore practical meditation techniques that can help quiet a busy mind, release tension, improve focus, and support overall wellbeing. Through breath awareness, relaxation methods, mindfulness practices, and visualisation exercises, you’ll learn approachable tools that can be incorporated into daily life — even if you’ve never meditated before.
Rather than striving for perfection or “switching off” your thoughts completely, this course encourages curiosity, self-awareness, and small, sustainable practices that feel supportive and achievable. Whether you’re looking to manage stress, improve sleep, feel more grounded, or simply carve out a little stillness in your week, this course offers a calm and supportive environment to begin.
No experience is necessary — just bring an open mind and a willingness to slow down for a while.
If you’d like a gentle introduction before committing to a longer course, our one-day Calm Mind: Introduction to Meditation Workshop is a wonderful place to begin.
