Along the way, you’ll also explore ideas for alternative fillings, flavour combinations, and sauces to inspire future pasta nights at home.
To finish, your handmade ravioli will be served in a simple but elegant sage and butter sauce, topped with Parmigiano Reggiano — the perfect reward for your efforts.

Accessibility: This class is held in an upstairs room with access via approximately 20 steps. The lift is currently out of service. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Course materials
Please bring to class:
- An apron
- A large container to take your creations home with you (approximately 31 × 21 × 5 cm). The tutor recommends using the Woolworths Armada Foil Trays with Lids.
