Acting & Drama: Act III (Marrickville)

Acting & Drama: Act III (Marrickville)

What you'll learn

Learn to step into the spotlight with our advanced Acting short course program in Sydney.

Act III is the final and most advanced stage of our three-part acting program, bringing together all the skills developed in Acts I and II. This course challenges you to take on the thrill and discipline of performing a full play from first rehearsal to final curtain. Over 10 weeks, you’ll work as part of an ensemble, developing your character across an entire script within a professional-style rehearsal process.

You’ll explore the demands of sustaining a role over multiple scenes, mastering vocal, physical, and emotional expression throughout a complete production. Working collaboratively with your fellow cast members, you’ll experience the joy of ensemble storytelling, learning how to listen, respond, and perform as part of a cohesive cast that entertains, moves, and challenges an audience.

Throughout the course, you’ll be guided through structured rehearsals in a supportive, director-led environment that mirrors real theatre practice. In Week 10, you’ll present a fully rehearsed play in a final public performance for family, friends, and the wider community, a bold and rewarding culmination of your dedication, growth, and craft.
