This is not a formal teaching course, but an informal craft circle hosted by an experienced facilitator who can offer technical guidance when needed. Whether you’re a patchwork enthusiast, a keen dressmaker, an avid knitter, or someone with a growing pile of repairs, this is your chance to stitch, knit, mend and share in good company.
Learning outcomes
By the end of this Sit, Knit & Sew: Crafters' Circle class, you should be able to:
- Work independently on your chosen sewing or craft project
- Apply your own skills in a self-paced, supportive setting

Course content
Each session will include:
- A short welcome and orientation by the facilitator
- Self-directed time to work on your own project
- Informal support and troubleshooting where needed
- An inclusive and friendly space to connect with fellow crafters
What to bring
- Your own sewing, knitting, patchwork, quilting, or mending project (fabric, yarn, tools, threads, patterns etc.)
- Any portable equipment you regularly use (sewing machine optional)
Who is this class for?
This class is ideal for anyone who enjoys sewing, knitting, patchwork or other textile crafts and wants the motivation and joy of working alongside others. It’s suitable for confident beginners through to experienced makers. There is no formal teaching or structured curriculum.

2A Gordon Street, Rozelle NSW 2039 (corner of Gordon St & Victoria Rd in the grounds of St. Joseph's Church)
