What you'll learn
Develop your swimming strokes with our adult swimming lessons in Sydney!
If you already swim but feel held back by inefficient technique, this adult Stroke Development course will help you swim more smoothly, efficiently and with greater endurance. In a harbour city like Sydney, strong swimming skills can open up more ways to enjoy the water — whether for fitness, recreation or confidence.
Designed for adults with a solid freestyle base, these small-group lessons focus on refining technique rather than learning from scratch. With expert coaching, targeted drills and structured practice, you’ll improve your stroke efficiency, breathing and overall swimming performance.
Please note: to enrol in this course, you must be able to swim a minimum of 250 metres freestyle and be comfortable in deep water. If you are new to swimming, we recommend starting with our Learn to Swim course.
