Working step by step, you'll discover how to shape decorative fondant elements, pipe classic buttercream finishes, and combine colours, textures, and creative details to bring your designs to life. Along the way, you'll pick up practical tips and finishing techniques used by professional cake decorators—all using affordable tools and techniques you can easily recreate at home.
By the end of the workshop, you'll take home four beautifully decorated cupcakes, along with the skills and confidence to continue experimenting with cupcake decorating in your own kitchen.

What will be covered in this Cupcake Decorating Workshop?
During the workshop, participants will work with techniques and ideas such as:
- Introduction to rolled fondant and buttercream frosting
- Colouring, handling, and shaping fondant
- Creating sculpted fondant flowers, leaves, and decorative cake toppers
- Making a classic fondant rose
- Basic buttercream piping techniques
- Creating character-themed and traditional cupcake decorations
- Finishing and presenting four decorated cupcakes to take home
