You’ll work on your own chocolate mud cake throughout the workshop, learning how to ganache, cover, smooth, and decorate it with fondant flowers and leaves before packaging it beautifully to take home.

- Preparing, sandwiching, and masking a chocolate mud cake with ganache
- Applying rolled fondant to achieve a smooth finish
- Smoothing and polishing techniques
- Creating fondant flower and leaf decorations
- Cake finishing and presentation techniques

No prior cake decorating experience is required.
