Create a celebration-worthy cake from start to finish in this hands-on, beginner-friendly workshop. Guided step-by-step by your tutor, you'll learn how to layer and ice a 6-inch vanilla butter cake, create a smooth naked-style buttercream finish, and prepare and control the signature caramel drip effect.

You'll then add the finishing touches with handmade white chocolate leaves, fresh flowers and sweets, learning how to arrange each element for a balanced and beautiful presentation. Along the way, you'll pick up practical tips for achieving a polished finish using simple tools and equipment you can use at home.

You'll leave with your own beautifully decorated cake boxed and ready to take home, along with practical techniques you can use for birthdays, celebrations and other special occasions.

All ingredients, decorating tools and a take-home cake box are included in the workshop fee.

  • Adding finishing touches and presenting your completed cake
