What you'll learn
Learn to deepen your Tai Chi practice with our sport & fitness short courses in Sydney!
Continue your Tai Chi journey as you build greater confidence, fluidity, and understanding of this centuries-old practice. Designed for students who have completed our Tai Chi for Beginners course (or have equivalent experience), this course develops the techniques, principles, and movements introduced in the first level while helping you move with greater ease, balance, and control.
Guided by an experienced instructor, you'll refine your posture, breathing, body alignment, and movement quality while exploring the deeper principles of Chen-style Tai Chi. You'll learn a compact 13-movement Tai Chi and Qigong form before progressing to the internationally recognised Beijing 24 Form, developing a richer understanding of Tai Chi as both a mindful movement practice and a traditional martial art.
Whether your goal is to improve your balance and mobility, deepen your mindfulness practice, or continue progressing in Tai Chi, this course provides the next step in your journey with a supportive group of like-minded learners.
